How I Work
I specialize in providing support to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, emotional distress, trauma (PTSD), anger, social challenges, poor self-esteem, as well as interpersonal difficulties, and mood disorders.
As a therapist trained in psychodynamic therapy, I use a variety of modalities to suit the client including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed interventions.
